Creeping Flesh - Bio

Established in Gothenburg in 2013, Creeping Flesh set out to carry the banner of old school death metal, forged in the spirit of Bolt Thrower, Asphyx, and Hail of Bullets, while infused with the unmistakable weight and melody of the Swedish tradition.

After refining their sound in the early years, the band released their debut full-length, Into the Meat Grinder (2019), followed by extensive live activity that cemented their reputation as a formidable stage force.

Since 2021, Filip Fougstedt has fronted the band, bringing relentless energy and a commanding vocal presence. His arrival marked a new chapter with greater scope, deeper intensity, and an even more epic expression of the band's war-scarred vision.

Their second album, ...And Then the Bombs Came (2022), released via Emanzipation Productions, showcased a darker and more expansive sound while retaining the crushing foundations that define Creeping Flesh.

Today, Creeping Flesh stands as a battle-hardened unit rooted in tradition while constantly pushing their sound toward grander and more devastating horizons.
